If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the service.

Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee of £50 will be taken to secure the treatment appointment at the price offered at the time of consultation. However if cancelled no less than 48 hours before the appointment, you can re-schedule the appointment as long as it is within 3 months of the initial consultation. If the re-schedule is outside of the 3 months the original booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee of £50 will be required to secure the treatment appointment at the current price.
If you need to re-schedule more than once, the original booking fee will be forfeited, a new booking fee of £50 will be required to secure the treatment appointment at the current price.
Missed appointments
If a consultation is missed without 24 hours notice, a re-booking can only be made once a non-refundable £25 consultation fee has been deposited. This will be deducted from the final amount.
Referral
The referral scheme allows a newly introduced client to a discount on a new full priced treatment within the date shown on the card (6 months). This discount can not be used on any treatment that is already discounted.
The referrer will also be given a discount on full priced treatments. This discount can not be used on any treatment that is already discounted.
NHS Discount
A discount of 15% will be given to NHS staff who can provide ID card as proof. This discount is only given off a full price treatment, not on any already discounted offers.
